The video feeds clicks on to a rather annoyed and angry fellow dressed like a biker punk in black leather with an earring in his left ear and an arrowhead necklace. Some residents may do a double-take upon seeing him, as he does very strangely and inexplicably look like Laguna Loire, even down to his black hair and its simple yet distinctive style.

"Okay, so what's this about falling through a portal to some new location and I can't go home? Didn't I do that already?! Seriously, what is it with mysterious dimensional garbage that just grabs people from wherever and whenever and flings them wherever and whenever it feels like?!"

Yeah, you could say that. Got dragged off to help some aliens rebuild their world. Didn’t have any say in that and couldn’t go home, even though there was a guy there who could have done it. His powers were being blocked so he couldn’t.

I wonder just how many other universes or dimensions there are. I feel like it relates to the term of string theory, all universes and dimensions are possible and connected by an invisible string.

Did you manage to help them rebuild their world?

Heh, I wouldn’t be surprised at all.

I think so…. My memory’s kind of fuzzy on some of what happened later. I know we’d made progress. Then we found out it wasn’t even their original world and went looking to find clues to where they really came from.

We need to do more research on portals, and their connection between realms. Hmm...

Maybe you are the key to finding out how we can go back to our home worlds. Except...you did end up in another random location after being pulled through a second time..so there's that.

Me, the key to anything? I kinda doubt that. Maybe somebody who can actually make portals, like Sephiroth, could figure it out.

You never know. I'd like to speak with you in person so we can figure out rather or not you have any connection to the portals. Sephiroth? There's two men named Sephiroth here.

Amazing.

It's... rudimentary. There's really not much to it other than what you see is what you get. However the city I'm from, is full of wonders. It's much different from the other places in my world. It's tech evolved.

I was able to make 'cellphones' from scratch for the new residents for Miss Lockhart. I didn't realize we had this technology until I realized we had landlines back in my world once upon a time.

That’s better than the phones back home! They’re made to fall apart before long so you’ll have to upgrade fast. As a businessman, I kinda get the idea there, but it’s more like a strategy my rival would have tried. I’d rather put out quality products.

It's all about greed, making you buy more and more stuff because it doesn't last long.

I see. That is a terrible idea and probably bad for the company selling the product unless they're the only ones with a certain patent. Otherwise, it makes zero sense.

Yeah, that's at least part of the problem: companies figure they've got you over a barrel because they're the only ones making products with certain features.
