Accidental Video - New phone, who is this?

[Sora was... so very confused. And the explanations didn't help much other than telling him this was his room, and something about how to open the door and.. well there was a lot. He was sure Tenka would have understood. And Shirasu. But... he wasn't going to think about that now.]

[He was carrying the device they gave him with no clue how to use it, or what it was or what it was for. Some strange weight to hold scrolls open? Probably. Still, it was nice of them to have given him a gift, so he hadn't wanted to ask too much that he seemed ungrateful. But that meant they didn't know thy had to explain it to him. And he didn't know that he had accidentally activated the video mode.]

[The camera angle was weird because of it, since he was holding the device down by his leg for the most part. Except when it fell on the floor and was partially obscured by the small no slip rug by the tub.]

"Whoa.... I wish Chutaro could see this place. I wonder what this does..."

[He reached over and turned a knob. Then yelped and fell back onto the floor as water came down from the shower head.]

"Whoa! What kind of magic is this?!"

[He pushed to his feet, leaving the device on the floor as he went to touch the water timidly. "It's hot! Hot water? Without starting a fire? How is this even possible?"

[He carefully reached past the water to the knobs again and tried a different one. He studied the falling water a moment then looked confused. He touched it again and yelped, eyes wide.]

"And now it is Winter cold! Like the Biwa right before it freezes! I wish I knew how this worked so I could show Tenka. Then again... if he could use magic to change the temperature of his bath we'd never see him outside of it... If this small thing is even meant to be a bath... Maybe it is a cook pot? Oh! It could be a soup pot! The bath has to be somewhere else. Now I just need to figure out how to end the spell....]

He climbed onto the ledge and tapped the shower head.] "Please stop?"

[When that didn't work, he tried to get a closer look at it and wound up splashing himself in the face. His foot slipped out from under him and he flailed his arms desperately, but still fell. Thankfully the tub had been filling up during his antics so it was a softer landing. He landed in the water with a splash that soaked him, and the floor, and the network device.]

[He didn't scream or curse or yell... instead he... laughed. And laughed. And laughed.]

[And all this time the camera had still yet to get a good shot of his face.]

Um, fit everyone inside it? Well, I'm sure you could fit two people but no more than that.

Okay! There's a nozzle in front of you, it's a round thing probably with a left or right switch. You can turn it off that way. Just twist it.

"I did that, it made the water cold. And only two people means someone is going to be sulking I'm sure." [Probably Tenka now that he no longer had to hide his wounds he had gettin really into doing as much as possible together as a family again.]

There must be two nozzles. I'd try turning them both to the left and right respectfully. They should turn off. [she laughs.] Do you mean a hot spring? Because I'm sure Gaia has those somewhere.

"Oh, we usually can't afford an onsen," [he said with a laugh. He fiddled with the knobs until finally the water went off and stopped spraying him in the face. The bathroom was fairly soaked though, the phone floating a bit.]

[He splashed his way out of the tub onto the soaked floor.] "Alright... now that that's done, where are you exactly?"

What's an onsen? [She honestly didn't know. Her eyebrow raised, and she smiled. She saw he got himself situated.] Yay! You did it!

Pick up the cellphone. You'll see me on the screen. It's the device you were given.

"You know, bath house. The device? Oh... you mean the scroll opener paperweight thing? It has something to keep bugs off?" [He was so confused.]

[halo]

Okay. Bathhouse, I'm sure we have a bath house somewhere in Edge. I know Balamb Garden has one. Scroll opener? I doubt it's a scroll opener. It's not a paperweight. Come on, pick it up. It's meant to be used. [explains how to use the cellphone, and what it's purpose is.] No, nothing to keep bugs off. [She was really confused too.]

[He picked it up, but upside down, showing the flooded floor.]

"This thing..?"

[halo]

[She smiled at him through the screen.] Yes! That! Turn it around.

[sora_under_the_clouds]

"Like this? I still can't see you..." [He turned it 90 degrees, though still facing down. Just a right angle on the floor. Well.. and the edge of his swords on his belt.]

[halo]

[Rinoa was almost frustrated but she reminded herself some people were from different times and places.] No, it's upside down, turn it around to face the screen towards you. I don't know how to explain it's still aimed at the floor. Nice swords by the way.

"But no part of this looks like a screen..." [He was frustrated too, but fighting not to show it.]

Hey, Sora. Come down to the lobby, if you remember how to get there. Bring the device with you. I'll show you how to use it, unless getting water on it made it unusable visually.
